You won't see it. You'll feel it. In the silhouette that doesn't date. In the pocket that's exactly where you need it. In the way it opens, in the way it closes, a year from now, exactly as it did on day one.

What you hold is the result of a standard set before the first sample was cut.

The Pebble

There is a pebble on every bag. Small. Metal. Unmistakable. Not a logo. Not a motif. Not pulled from a moodboard. The shape comes from a pebble on a riverbed seen through moving water. Never quite still. Never quite the same from every angle. Hard material, fluid shape. Firm and soft. It's a small thing that says everything about Either/And.

The Material

Nothing about it is rigid. Full, it rounds out. Empty, it softens. It takes the shape of whatever day you're having. You'll stop noticing it's there. That's the point.

The Silhouette

The shape doesn't ask what you're doing next. Desk to dinner. Studio to street. No second-guessing, no changing bags in a bathroom. Pick it up. Walk out.

The Stitch

Look closer. There's a contrast stitch running through the design. One line. Enough to make you look twice. It's a small thing. It's not a small thing.

The Colour

Muted. Considered. Not safe. Not obvious. The kind of colour that goes with the thing you already own and the one still lying in your cart. A palette that pulls its weight. Colour that works today, tomorrow, and with whatever comes next.

Precision/Quality

One question drove every decision, will it last? If the answer wasn't yes, it didn't make it in.

We looked for makers who'd push back. Who'd tell us when something wasn't good enough. We found them. We weren't easy to work with. Neither were they. It worked.

There are enough samples to fill a room. Some didn't make it because of the way they felt then. Some because of the way they'd feel in a year. We kept going until we ran out of reasons to change anything.

The Carry

The strap isn't an afterthought. Padded where it matters, detachable when you don't need it. Two ways to carry, one decision.

The Open

The key loop is at the top. Always. The zip closes clean. Travelling? The trolley sleeve slips over your carry-on handle. The passport pocket sits right at the top. No digging, no delays. Nothing gets buried.

The Inside

One long zipped pocket for valuables. Documents, cards, anything that can't go missing. Two pockets for what your hand reaches for first. A dedicated sleeve for the laptop. A large cavity for everything else. Everything where you put it. Every time.

The Detail

Cotton twill lines every bag. Wipes clean, looks good doing it. Metal feet on the base so the bag never touches the ground. An insulated bottle pocket so nothing sweats through. Padding in the straps that actually distributes weight, not just holds it. The little things, figured out.

The Add-on

A modular pouch system that snaps in and out. One for makeup, one for electronics, one for whatever the day adds on. One system. Infinite configurations. The bag changes. So do you.
