We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Get in touch within that window, and we'll guide you through it.

Back in its dust bag when it's not on your shoulder. A soft dry cloth handles everyday upkeep. For light marks, a slightly damp cloth followed immediately by a dry one does the job.

A few things that'll keep it looking its best:

• Keep it away from prolonged sunlight and humidity
• Don't machine wash, tumble dry, or dry clean
• Watch for colour transfer from dark raw denim, especially on cream and khaki colourways
• Don't overload it. Overstuffing strains the structure over time

Water-resistant, not waterproof. Light rain or a few splashes won't damage it, just wipe it dry when you can.
Prolonged exposure to rain or heavy moisture isn't recommended. The material can lift at the edges if it stays wet, and water marks on lighter colourways can be difficult to fully remove.

Every Either/And bag comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. We stand behind what we make, and if something isn't holding up the way it should, we want to know.

Manufacturing defects like structural issues or components that fail under normal use. If that happens, we'll repair or replace it at no charge.

What it doesn't cover is a bag being lived in. Some changes are part of that:

• Surface scratches, stains, colour transfer, and hardware that softens over time
• Peeling, cracking, or fading that comes with age or environmental exposure
• Water damage, humidity, contact with heat, chemicals, sanitisers, or perfumes
• Damage from mishandling, improper storage, pets, or sharp objects
• Repairs done outside of Either/And
• Slight variation in colour, texture, or stitching.

Good to know before you write in:

• Have your invoice handy—we'll need proof of purchase.
• Warranty stays with the original purchaser and isn't transferable.
• Repair timelines depend on material availability. We'll give you a realistic estimate and keep you updated.
• Replacements may differ slightly from the original as finishes and fabrics evolve. We'll always tell you what to expect.
• The 12 months run from your original delivery date and don't reset after a repair or replacement.
